Returns
Not quite right? Here's how to return an item within 14 days of delivery.
Before You Return
Quick guidance
If you change your mind about an order, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.
Some items are excluded — please see the exclusions list below.
How to Return
Three simple steps
Step 1
Contact us
Email info@minimumworld.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll confirm whether the items are eligible and provide return instructions.
Step 2
Pack & post
Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Post to the address we provide. Please obtain proof of postage — we cannot accept liability for items lost in return transit.
Step 3
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Postage Costs
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend a tracked service.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we'll either cover the return postage cost or arrange a collection at our expense.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the order was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
